KickCounter is a pregnancy kick-counter mobile application in development by DJUMP, MB (Lithuania). This page sets out the terms that apply to this landing site today and, in forward-looking sections, to the mobile app once it is published.

Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified provider with any questions regarding your pregnancy or your baby's movements. If you notice fewer kicks than usual, call your provider.

2. Accounts (forthcoming)
There are no accounts on this landing site. When the mobile app launches, accounts will be created via email, Apple Sign In, or Google. You will be responsible for the security of your credentials and may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Subscriptions will be billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account.
4. Intellectual property
The KickCounter name, logo, design, copy, and code are owned by DJUMP, MB. The journal sketches and SVG illustrations on the landing page are original artwork. Your data, your messages, your photos — if/when uploaded — remain yours.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The landing site and (forthcoming) app are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, especially not a medical purpose. See section "!!" above.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law, DJUMP, MB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the app, including but not limited to medical outcomes.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Updates
These terms will be re-dated at the top whenever they change in a material way. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
