BabyKicks ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use BabyKicks. We understand that pregnancy data is particularly sensitive, and we have designed our data practices with this in mind.
1. Information We Collect

2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat.
- We do not collect medical records, health diagnoses, or any clinical data beyond the kick session data you actively record.
- We do not collect location data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core app functionality (kick counting, session history, milestone tracking)
- To calculate your pregnancy week and days until your due date
- To authenticate your account and sync data across devices
- To enable partner sharing (if you choose to link a partner account)
- To send daily kick reminder notifications you have opted into
- To generate PDF reports of your kick data (premium feature)
- To analyze app usage and improve the user experience
4. Pregnancy Data Protection
We recognize that pregnancy data is sensitive personal health information. We commit to the following:
- No sharing with third parties: Your pregnancy data (due date, kick sessions, milestones) is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for any purpose.
- No health data selling: We do not sell any health-related data, period.
- No advertising use: Your pregnancy data is never used for targeted advertising or marketing.
- No AI training: Your kick session data is never used for AI model training.
- Minimal collection: We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the app's functionality.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you (and your linked partner, if applicable) can access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with encryption in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
6. Partner Sharing
If you choose to use the partner sharing feature (premium), you generate a unique share code that your partner enters to link their account. Once linked, your partner can view your kick sessions and milestones but cannot modify your data. You can unlink a partner at any time.
7. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and row-level security
- RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management
- Mixpanel — Anonymous usage analytics (no pregnancy data is sent)
- Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers and payment processing
8. Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, which permanently removes all your data including kick sessions, pregnancy data, and profile information. You may also contact us at support@babykicks.app.
9. Children's Privacy
BabyKicks is intended for use by adults (expecting parents). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
